Arnika Forte™ vegetable capsules work within the body to decrease bruising and swelling. Each capsule contains 100mg Broelain (proteolytic enzyme to help dissolve the bruise by digesting the proteins within the bruise), 100mg Arnica Montana 30x (an anti-inflammatory agent), Bioflavonids (helps strengthen the capillary wall, which reduce the extent and duration of bruising), and 240mg Vitamin C (antioxidant). The synergistic effect of these ingredients together at homeopathic strengths has been shown to speed the headling time up to 50%. The vegetable-based capsules are completely lactose-free (unlike other Arnika Montana products) making them easy to digest and able to be quickly absorbed into your system. Take one capsule, twice daily for seven days.

How do you use Arnika Forte?
Directions for proper use: each Arnika Forte™ kit contains 14 capsules. Begin taking once capsule, twice daily, two days prior to any medical or cosemetic procedure and / or miraDry® procedure. Begin taking one capsule, tice daily, one day prior to BOTOX® Cosmetic or injectable fillers.

Excited and Nervous!! 53 Finishing Journey After Weight Loss
So I go to for follow up next week. From pre-op to recovery, it has been a much easier journey than I ever expected. My follow up care has been easy and Dr Our Surgical Team treats me as good as the first day I went in with apprehension. The top left pic shows the eve before I left for Laguna Beach for surgery, the bottom left is three weeks post op when the strips were starting to come off...the right pic is at the three month mark today. I wish I had better pics of my legs... Im so pleased to not have flappy arms, glad we didn't do implants for the breasts, and even with swelling, I am so happy with the way clothes fit and my confidence has improved greatly...(I even let the mister see me naked now...something I once hated and avoided)
I am so pleased that I chose Dr Our Surgical Team, ...well worth the ten hour drive for the surgery and all the follow ups... The hubby agrees and cannot recommend him highly enough!
